Asking for help – especially financial - is not easy. Asking seems to contradict our cultural values. The message of our culture is to “make our own way, to be “independent” to be “self-sufficient.”
Jesus invited His followers to “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” —Matt 7:7-8
Clearly, Jesus wants us to be careful in asking – ask for those things that honor and glorify God. Seek His will, His guidance, and His blessing.
In asking for your support for the ministries of Bread For Life, be assured we do so carefully and prayerfully. As with all we have endeavored to do for the kingdom, our direction and emphasis are geared towards stability and longevity. Building from the ground up, laying in foundational truths that will stand every wind of doctrine and flourish in a rapidly changing continent.
Bread For Life International is made up of people who are excited to see Christ’s Kingdom established in the world. You can be part of our efforts in serving the indigenous African Church by:
- Praying
- Giving
- Going
- Telling
Your continuous prayers, involvements and gifts go a long way. As you browse through these pages, my prayer is that God would burden you to pray and be involved in a particular aspect of what He is doing through Bread For Life Ministries. On behalf of the team, I thank you for all you do for His Kingdom. This wonderful privilege to serve is made possible by the kindness of your loyal and generous support. May we always do it for the glory of the One who came so we may have Bread for Life!
For the African Harvest,
